Server - Part Time

Provide timely, efficient, and unobtrusive food and beverage service across the restaurant, lobby bar, and banquet facilities. Stock and set up coolers, shelving, dining tables, and service stations while demonstrating menu knowledge and up-selling abilities. Deliver food to tables, bus surfaces, and execute tray pick-ups for room service. Ensure all orders are correct, served at proper temperatures, and accompanied by appropriate wine pairings and liquor pouring techniques. Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage facilities, check equipment operation, and accurately complete paperwork for charge tracking and waste procedures. Stop liquor service when necessary for overindulgence or underage guests. Prioritize weekend availability and previous food and beverage experience.
