Job Summary
Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests while demonstrating strong knowledge of food, beverage, menus, and daily features. Anticipate member needs, take accurate orders, and communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless dining experiences. Maintain high standards for table setup, presentation, and sanitation, handling member requests and special occasions with discretion. Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and management to support team culture during busy periods. This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, with a focus on building genuine relationships within our premier private country club.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in upscale, fine dining, private club, hotel, or high-end hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop genuine relationships with members and guests
- Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm, gracious, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Food safety and alcohol-service certifications are preferred or may be required based on position responsibilities
