Server-Part Time

The Server is responsible for serving residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner, taking residents’ and guests’ food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS, setting up and bussing tables, and maintaining a safe and sanitary dining environment. Duties include adhering to serving etiquette, ensuring teamwork across departments, and delivering a high-quality dining experience for seniors in a living-community setting. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff, and compliance with health and safety standards. Training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with eligibility to work (age 16+), and the ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
