Job Summary
Server role in a senior living setting focused on residents’ dining experiences. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food to residents within the scheduled time frame, maintaining cleanliness of food service areas (kitchen and dining room), and ensuring quality customer service. Requires at least one year of hospitality, full-service, or senior-living experience (preferred) and effective English communication. Salary ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour for part-time shifts; benefits package includes 401K with matching, EAP, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and other perks. Inquire for shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
- Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
