Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, and courteous manner while accurately taking food and beverage orders into the POS system. Set up and break down tables, maintain a safe environment by following safety standards, and ensure compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and pass a criminal background check and health screening. This part-time role is available at Oakmont Management Group communities in California, Colorado, Hawaii, and Nevada, offering opportunities for career growth and relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must be able to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

- Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
