Job Summary
Serve resident and guest meals courteously, including tray service and beverage options like water, juice, and coffee. Reset dining rooms after service and assist residents with ordering. Refill condiment bowls, report broken equipment, and maintain food storage and labeling standards. Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas. Perform simple food preparation for salads and desserts while adhering to confidentiality policies. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays at a rate of $14/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be in clean designated uniform during working hours and maintain good personal hygiene
- Must be able to read and follow simple instructions
- Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks
- Must be able to learn quickly and apply learned principles
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision
- Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects
- Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet
- Must be organized and willing to work well with other team members
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
