Server (Part Time/Full Time)

Greet members by name, distribute menus, and take food and beverage orders while describing specials and promotions. Serve guests in dining areas, inform the kitchen of special requests, and make suggestions for wine and desserts. Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and the wine list, including daily specials and 86'd items. Follow proper service procedures for meal periods, write checks legibly, enter information into the POS system, and ensure correct billing. Place correct items at each table, check for satisfaction, and ensure tables are bussed with water glasses full. Review member checks for accuracy before presentation and advise the supervisor of any complaints. Set up side stations, attend pre-meal meetings, and perform assigned clean-up and closing duties. Ensure dining areas are 100% ready 15 minutes prior to opening and leave all areas clean and organized at shift end. Work as a team to set up dining areas for events, including table settings and furniture placement. Arrive dressed in a clean pressed uniform with necessary equipment. Requires 3 to 5 years of a la carte fine dining experience, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and Florida Food Handler Certification.
