Job Summary
Server to join our team in Marysville, OH, delivering high-level customer service in a fine dining atmosphere. Responsibilities include setting tables to ESL standards, taking and delivering accurate meal orders, serving beverages, reviewing daily menus with residents, assisting with special events and banquets, acquainting new residents with menus and dining options, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety practices. Requires strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-resolution skills; opportunities to contribute to menu planning discussions with the Director of Culinary Services for resident satisfaction. May participate in pre-meal stand-ups and other duties as assigned to support a collaborative dining program for seniors.
