Job Summary
Provide exceptional dining service by assisting with seating, helping residents select meals, and fostering meaningful connections while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Set and clear tables, maintain sanitation standards for flatware and glassware, and perform dishwashing and floor cleaning while adhering to safety and infection control procedures. Communicate effectively with residents and team members, participate in special projects, and attend in-service training sessions as required. This part-time evening role includes weekend and holiday rotation, with a pay range of $15.10 to $18.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors
- Successful completion of a state-mandated background check
- Ability to follow emergency protocols
