Job Summary
Server in a Part Time role responsible for delivering courteous, efficient guest service in an assigned station. Responsibilities include greeting guests, learning menus and offerings, using suggestive selling techniques, recording and entering orders, ensuring alcohol service procedures, handling payments and tips, performing daily cleaning, and maintaining station setup/break-down. Requires memorizing menu items, following SOPs, and collaborating with team to provide a world-class dining experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Experience in and passion for consumer service
- Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
- An attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach
- Learn all menus and be able to communicate all food and beverage offerings
- Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items
- Follow proper procedures as disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures as explained to staff
