Receive and deliver accurate food orders to and from residents and supervisors while managing multiple plates efficiently. Handle menu-related questions and special requests with promptness, ensuring full knowledge of daily specials, ingredients, and portion specifications. Execute opening and closing duties, perform timely pre-bussing and bussing, and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety codes. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of all menu items, specifications of ingredients, portions, and procedures
