Job Summary
Hiring part-time servers with at least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant, Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. The role requires the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be 18+ to serve alcohol and possess skills to read, write, and follow directions. The position includes responsibilities related to providing service to residents and families, lifting, and pushing carts as needed. Performance may lead to promotion to a Lead Server position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a full-service restaurant, Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs to shoulder height
- Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters
