Job Summary
The Server at Palm Tree Club KC is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders for food and beverages, serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service. The role requires effective communication with guests and staff, knowledge of the menu items and beverage offerings, and the ability to manage alcohol service according to regulations. Qualifications include at least one year of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue, age requirement compliance, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment
- Must meet state legal age requirements
- Fluent in English
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Basic math skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
- Other languages preferred

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
