Server

Serves meals to residents and guests in the dining room and clears used service items. Sets up independent and assisted living dining rooms prior to meal service, fills and restocks food/condeniments in kitchen or dining areas, assists in seating residents and guests, waits on tables following proper service procedures, clears plates and meals, assists guests with ordering procedures, completes ongoing cleaning in kitchen and dining rooms, and adheres to Kosher dietary restrictions. Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills with residents; teamwork is essential. Specialized training or experience in geriatric care or gerontology is desirable. Proficiency in written and spoken English and ability to work as part of a team are needed.
