Job Summary
Deliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service by recommending menu items, upselling, and ensuring accurate guest orders. Prepare food and condiments to standards, bus tables, and deliver beverages while maintaining high food safety and cleanliness protocols. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and support all restaurant areas as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring extended standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and navigating hot and cold conditions. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability to include distance, closeness, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required
