Job Summary
Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences while recommending, upselling, and reinforcing orders. Assist with food assembly, check orders for accuracy, and review them with guests before handoff. Bus tables, deliver food and beverages, and maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Work in hot and cold environments, lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing or bending for long periods. Complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days for California positions. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (for California based positions)
- Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu
- Ability to recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers' orders
- Ability to assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments
- Ability to check orders for accuracy
- Ability to review orders with the guest prior to handoff
- Ability to buss tables
- Ability to deliver food and beverages
- Commitment to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to treat people 'Just Right'
- Successful completion of the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
