Job Summary
Provide dining service in a hotel setting: take and transmit guest orders to bar and kitchen, offer knowledgeable recommendations, deliver orders and accompaniments, manage billing and payments, assist other servers, and maintain sanitation and safety protocols. Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate with kitchen/staff on order updates, and support event setup as needed. Must be able to work nights and weekends, stand for long periods, and lift heavy trays in a fast-paced environment.
