Job Summary
Deliver warm hospitality by guiding guests through the menu, anticipating needs, and handling orders with accuracy. Execute OTG steps of service while maintaining a clean dining area and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage cash handling and register policies, reporting guest feedback, intoxication signs, or equipment issues to the Manager on Duty. Participate in training sessions and support team members as needed. This role requires 1-2 years of serving experience, fluency in English, and TIPS certification within 90 days. You will lift up to 35 lbs and work in a high-volume environment with open availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $4.13 plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
- 1-2 years of prior serving experience
- Great grasp of restaurant steps of service and familiarity with basic beer, liquor, and wine
- Fluent + fully conversational in English
- Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- obtain ServeSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment
- You'll be lifting up to 35 lbs
