Job Summary
Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experiences to ensure satisfaction, responding promptly and courteously to all requests. Remain educated on menu offerings, answering questions regarding food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services. Perform required side work and maintain service areas throughout the shift. Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards. Maintain a positive energy level while assisting fellow staff and working as a team player. This role requires a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, involving constant standing and walking with occasional lifting. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with one year of prior restaurant experience. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests

- Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
