Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional, friendly tone while providing attentive, efficient service following SOPs. Complete all opening and closing side work to prepare for and conclude shifts. Maintain cleanliness of dining and patio areas, adhere to safety and sanitation policies, and ensure full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods. Dress in a clean uniform, maintain personal hygiene, and clock in only after being fully dressed. Report to work punctually and work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. This role supports a team that prioritizes its members as its most important resource.
