Job Summary
Server role in a senior living community. Responsible for serving residents and visitors in a professional, courteous manner; take residents' and guests' orders and enter into POS; set up and break down tables; maintain safety standards; encourage teamwork and collaboration with staff across departments; must be 16+ with a work permit, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background/health screenings; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
