Server - On Call Evenings - The Plaza

On-call Server for evening shifts in residential dining. Responsibilities include providing exceptional dining service, assisting with seating and helping residents select meals, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dining and related areas, performing dishwashing and organization of clean dishes, and upholding safety and infection-control procedures. Must communicate effectively with residents and team members, participate in special projects and training sessions, and follow emergency protocols. Role requires ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work collaboratively with staff; previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required. Employment is hourly, non-exempt, with overtime eligible. Location: Anoka, MN, USA; on-site work with no remote option.
