Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, inform them of daily specials and menu changes, and take orders for food and beverages to deliver promptly and accurately. Monitor dining experiences to address needs or concerns, ensuring guests are fully satisfied. Complete assigned side work to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery.
