Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, and courteous manner while taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system. Set up and break down tables, ensuring compliance with proper serving techniques and etiquette. Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards and cooperating with co-workers. Work full-time with at least one weekend day each week. Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must be available to work at least ONE (1) weekend day each week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
