Provide warm, attentive service to guests in a high-volume dining room and patio, warmly welcoming guests, communicating daily menu changes and brewing highlights, and guiding guests through craft beer and food pairings. Sell craft beers with up-to-date knowledge of varieties and flavor profiles; assist with side-work and running food; coordinate with kitchen and brewery teams about ingredients, beer releases, and events; uphold hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. Scheduling offers weekday, weekend, and evening availability with both full-time and part-time positions. Compensation includes a tipped effective hourly rate of $30.70; benefits such as PTO, 401(k), and health/dental/vision insurance available for full-time employees.
