Job Summary
The Server at Novecento Aventura focuses on exceptional guest service and hospitality, welcoming guests and creating lasting relationships through attentive service. Qualifications include being at least 21 years old, familiarity with service procedures, basic math proficiency, physical stamina, ability to lift heavy items, and communication skills. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
