Job Summary
Create memorable guest experiences by making food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly, handling complaints by listening to concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues. Answer all menu- and service-related questions while following company policy in handling guest allergies and intolerances. Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment on your feet for 4-8 hours, listening and responding to requests in a loud setting. Demonstrate coordination when writing, pouring, carrying drinks, plates, and bowls simultaneously. Complete sidework throughout the shift before and after service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while on your feet for 4-8 hours
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
- Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring our guests receive 'safe' meals
- Must arrive to work on time, well-groomed, and in proper attire, ready to work
- Basic math skills
- Complete sidework throughout the shift ,before and after
