Job Summary
Create memorable guest experiences by making food and beverage recommendations, answering menu questions, and ensuring satisfaction through regular check-ins and complaint resolution. Handle guest concerns by listening to their issues, informing a manager, and resolving them to maintain overall satisfaction. Serve guests and team members with hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while working on your feet for 4-8 hours. Listen and respond to requests in a loud setting, coordinate tasks like pouring drinks and carrying plates, and follow allergy protocols. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while on your feet for 4-8 hours
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
- Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring our guests receive 'safe' meals
- Must arrive to work on time, well-groomed, and in proper attire, ready to work
- Basic math skills
