Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery to tables. Monitor dining experiences by checking in periodically for satisfaction, handle cash and credit transactions, and keep tables clean by clearing dishes and maintaining the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service while adhering to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies. Perform light lifting to stock products or clean and maintain the dining room. Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, will be submitted through E-Verify
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
