Job Summary
Deliver guest-first service at Cantina Gueros, ensuring safe food handling and communicating concerns to management. Manage cash and card transactions while demonstrating menu knowledge to customize experiences and up-sell. Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring standing for extended periods and tray maneuvering. Available for night shifts and weekends on a flexible full-time or part-time schedule. Minimum one year of serving experience required, with breakfast experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Available Night & Weekends
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-paced restaurant
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and great work ethic daily
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
