Job Summary
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service. Relay orders accurately to the kitchen, serve courses from service bars, and efficiently deliver and serve food and beverage orders. Greet members and guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner using their names, stock credenzas to SOP, and perform assigned side work. Check out with a supervisor and use the Infogenesis system for financial accounting of each station. Respond to member or guest questions, complaints, and maintenance issues, and attend required resort training and staff meetings. This seasonal role requires availability across various Food and Beverage outlet locations and holidays based on business levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- minimum of 3 months related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to stand and walk
- use hands and fingers to handle and feel
