Job Summary
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service. Relay orders accurately to the kitchen, serve courses from service bars, and efficiently deliver and serve food or beverage orders. Greet members and guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner, using their names at least three times during the service period. Stock credenzas to SOP, restock stations for the next meal, and perform assigned side work. Check out with a supervisor and maintain proper use of the Infogenesis system. This role requires availability across various Food and Beverage outlet locations depending on business levels, including holidays when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- minimum of 3 months related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to stand and walk
- use hands and fingers to handle and feel
