Job Summary
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service. Relay orders accurately to the kitchen, serve courses from service bars, and efficiently deliver and serve food and beverage orders. Greet members and guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner, using their names at least three times during the service period. Stock credenzas to SOP, perform assigned side work, and ensure stations are restocked for the next meal. Check out with the supervisor, maintain financial accounting of each station according to established procedures, and properly use the Infogenesis system. Respond to and inform the supervisor of any member or guest questions, complaints, suggestions, or maintenance issues. Attend resort training classes and outlet staff meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- minimum of 3 months related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to stand and walk
- use hands and fingers to handle and feel
- reach with hands and arms

- occasionally balance
- occasionally stoop
- occasionally kneel or crouch
- occasional required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets
