Job Summary
Serve residents through various dining activities while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being are protected at all times. Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, and guests, while demonstrating reliability and confidentiality in a geriatric environment. Read, write, and speak English fluently, and be prepared to learn and improve skills with on-the-job training provided. This part-time role offers a starting wage of $19.75 per hour with opportunities for increases, guaranteed hours, and access to paid time off, 401K plans, and double-time pay on holidays.
Required Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for hospitality and service in a rewarding environment
- A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
- The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
- Reliable
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be 18 years old older
