Cascade a spirit of hospitality to residents, colleagues, and guests by leading food and beverage service, preparing specialty diets, and articulating daily menu offerings. Engage with residents to obtain orders, explain ingredients and cooking methods, and ensure satisfaction with all aspects of service. Check dietary requirements, assist with meal set-up and breakdown, stock service areas, and perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. Communicate with the Director of Dining Services regarding customer service issues. Operates in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and equipment; requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds. Part-time or full-time hourly position with a starting rate of $13/hour, offering a $500 sign-on bonus, health insurance, and 401(k).
