The Server provides attentive and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring a positive and seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include setting up the dining room before service, greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, entering orders into the POS, serving food and beverages, checking in with guests for satisfaction, processing billing and payments, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, clearing and resetting tables, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service, and upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards. Requires a minimum of one year in food service, excellent customer service, strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English and French communication skills and a valid work permit are required.
