Greet guests promptly, guide them through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes and beverages, and take accurate food and beverage orders into the POS system. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while monitoring guest satisfaction and responding to needs. Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure seamless service, maintain section cleanliness, and handle payments accurately. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while upholding fine dining service standards. This role requires a minimum of two years of fine dining experience, an exemplary understanding of food and wine, and comfort navigating an extensive spirits list.
