Job Summary
Greet and serve customers in restaurant, banquets, and events; ensure a superior dining experience by taking orders, serving meals and beverages, assisting with menu highlights, and checking guest satisfaction; collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food, handle payments, and address guest concerns professionally; maintain food safety, age-21 beverage protocols, and a clean dining environment; perform cross-functional duties as needed and participate in required trainings and SOPs; must be able to work evenings/weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalence
- 1-2 years’ work experience working as a Restaurant Server
- Demonstrated knowledge of Food and Beverage services handling practices and food handling safety training, and possession and maintenance of current food handling permit, obtaining ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated customer service experience working with the general public
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with other employees
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dealing with sensitive information
