Job Summary
Server responsible for greeting and serving customers, providing a superior dining experience across Restaurants/Banquets/Events, taking and delivering orders, ensuring timely service and attentive follow-up, coordinating with the kitchen for quality food presentation, maintaining cleanliness and safety, complying with age-21 beverage protocols, and upholding SOPs and company policies. Requires 21+ and prior hospitality/public service experience; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends/holidays. Emphasizes customer service, teamwork, problem resolution, and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalence
- 1-2 years’ work experience as a Restaurant Server
- Knowledge of Legal Beverages (liquor, beer, wine, spirits)
- ServSafe Certification as directed
- Current food handling permit or completion of food handling safety training
