Job Summary
Server role focused on delivering a superior dining experience across restaurant, banquet, and catering events. Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, taking orders for meals and beverages, ensuring timely service and satisfaction, presenting and clearing dishes, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure quality, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Must adhere to 21+ alcohol protocols, maintain food handling safety practices, and provide professional, courteous customer service while following SOPs and company policies. Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalence
- 1-2 years’ work experience as a Restaurant Server
- Demonstrated knowledge of Legal Beverages (liquor, beer, wine, spirits) and ability to suggest/pair with food
- ServSafe Certification as directed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
