Job Summary
Server position responsible for greeting and serving customers across dining, banquets, and events; ensures superior dining experiences, takes and serves orders, handles beverages including alcohol while following age 21 protocols, collaborates with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food presentation, maintains cleanliness and safety, processes payments, and provides professional, courteous guest service throughout shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Twenty-One (21) Years of Age
- High School Diploma or Equivalence
- 1-2 years’ work experience working as a Restaurant Server
- Demonstrated knowledge of Legal Beverages (liquor, beer, wine, spirits)
- ServSafe Certification as directed
- Demonstrated customer service experience with the general public
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear communication and professional demeanor
