Record guest orders accurately by repeating orders for confirmation and inputting them into the POS to notify the kitchen. Deliver food and beverages while greeting guests, answering questions, and managing tableside wine service in compliance with liquor regulations. Attend pre-shift meetings to review service details, VIPs, and specials. Maintain station cleanliness before, during, and after shifts, perform basic cleaning tasks, and present checks promptly. Document guest recovery situations and communicate specific guest needs to the kitchen and bar. Assist team members as necessary and prepare server stations, condiments, and utensils per management instructions.
