Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables; reconcile transactions and balance the bank; know menu items, ingredients, allergens, and wine list; ensure sequence of service, greet guests, and suggestively sell; accommodate guest requests; maintain and stock service areas; follow food safety and alcohol service laws; participate in meetings to learn about programs and procedures; work as part of a team, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; bring a valid Food Handlers’ card and ability to stand for extended periods.

- Previous work experience in service for at least 2 years
