Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance while adhering to portion control procedures and established food policies. Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning work tables, refrigerators, and freezers. Carry soiled utensils to the wash area, wash and clean them, and return clean items to proper storage. Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms as instructed, and assist the cook in preparing meals. Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas, distribute menus, and check diet trays before distribution. Perform dishwashing procedures, remove food trays from dining rooms, and prepare snacks as directed. Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment while upholding Morningside Elite Management standards. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
