Provide warm and friendly service from initial greeting to the end of the dining experience, ensuring timely and proficient delivery while maintaining table appearance through pre-bussing and drink checks. Possess proficient menu knowledge to explain choices, inform guests of promotions and Happy Hours, and execute accurate order entry and payment collection. Follow alcohol awareness procedures, adhere to safety and sanitation policies, and maintain a cooperative climate with team members. Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists, plus weekly and monthly cleaning tasks. Perform other duties as needed per Coach request.
