Job Summary
Server responsible for serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner in an outdoor park setting. Responsibilities include taking orders with POS, delivering food and drinks, bussing tables or assisting busser/runner, knowledge of menu promotions, processing payments, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, delivering courteous service, setting tables and workstations, preparing shift sales and tip reports, and understanding ISO health and safety policies. Role may include host/busser/food runner duties as needed; ServSafe certification is required per policy. Must be able to work varied day/night/weekend/holiday shifts. Parking/standing on feet for long periods; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain per policy
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant establishment Resort/National Park Concession preferred
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to count change and reconcile paperwork
