Server

Server position within Monarch Richardson Assisted Living & Memory Care dining team. Responsibilities include providing excellent table service to residents during meals, greeting residents warmly, assisting with meal setup and dining room upkeep, ensuring meals meet dietary needs, collaborating with culinary and care teams to enhance resident experiences, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Preferred candidates may have prior restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience, but a positive attitude, dependable teamwork, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and serve seniors with patience and respect are essential. The role includes taking resident meal orders, delivering meals, setting tables, refilling condiments, and supporting dining operations; may involve image usage in social media or community advertising and potential video recording by families.
