Job Summary
Provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to guests while adhering to Washington State liquor laws and Casino policies. Utilize MAST training to recognize potential alcohol-related concerns and handle cash reconciliation for all alcohol served. Assist with supplying and cleaning the service station, communicate with management regarding areas needing special attention, and maintain compliance with uniform and dress code requirements. Knowledge of Casino beverages and proficiency in computerized point-of-sale systems are required. Weekend shifts are mandatory.

- Six (6) months comparable experience as a food and beverage server familiar with tray service
- Six (6) months experience with a computerized point-of-sale system (i.e. Micros, Aloha, Dinnerware, Agilysys)
- Proven knowledge of alcohol service
- Snoqualmie Gaming Commission Gaming License
- Pre-employment drug testing clearance
