Job Summary
Provide excellent guest service using strong sales skills and thorough product knowledge to build trust and loyalty. Prepare the restaurant for service, ring orders in the POS system, and check identification for guests under 30. Maintain accurate financial records, ensure a clean work area, and address all guest interactions consistent with company standards. Communicate issues to management and assist team members as needed. Work an eight-hour shift standing in a loud, smoke-filled environment while lifting 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read, understand and speak English
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Able to stand for an eight-hour shift
- Able to lift glass racks of 25 lbs
- Able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest
