Job Summary
The Server is responsible for greeting guests and taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing professional and courteous service. Responsibilities include effective communication with guests and staff, monitoring alcohol consumption, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The position requires at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and basic math abilities. Applicants must meet state legal age requirements and possess relevant certification where applicable. The role may require working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of serving in a fast paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub environment.
- Must meet state legal age requirements.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
- Other languages preferred.
